Elias Touma, aka Elie Touma, whose last known address was 133 Ravenshollow Drive, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, 44223, but whose address other than as set forth is unknown and cannot with the exercise of reasonable diligence be ascertained, and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on April 7, 2014, Simara Salim, as Plaintiff, filed her Complaint for Annulment or in the Alternative for Divorce in the Court of Common Pleas, Geauga County, Ohio, 100 Short Court, Chardon, Ohio 44024 Case Number 14-D-000291 whereby Plaintiff, Samira Salim seeks an annulment of the marriage contract, reimbursement of attorney fees, court costs, and such other relief as the Court deems just based on the grounds of fraud and additional grounds to an annulment pursuant to ORC 3105.31(D), or in the alternative, Samira Salim seeks a divorce, and an order for reimbursement of her attorney fees, court costs, and such other relief as the Court deems just based on the grounds of abandonment without just cause and additional grounds for Divorce pursuant to ORC 3105.01.

A Resolution, adopted by the Geauga County Board of Commissioners on May 13, 2014 authorizing the disposal of unneeded, obsolete or unfit county personal property by Internet Auction in accordance with O.R.C. Sec. 307.12 (E) as amended by H.B. 509.

The personal property disposed of though Internet Auction may include motor vehicles acquired for the use of county officers and departments, road machinery, car parts, equipment, tools and office equipment or supplies

Internet auctions will be conducted through www.govdeals.com with whom the County has contracted.

All items will be offered for sale “as is, where is” with Geauga County making no guarantee as to the condition of said items.

Items will be listed for a minimum of ten (10) days including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Buyers will make payment via U.S. currency, certified cashier’s check, money orders or company check (with bank letter guaranteeing funds) within five (5) business days and be responsible for removal of all items within ten (10) business days of the close of the auction.

ORDINANCE NO. 2828

AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A RID COMPENSATION AGREEMENT WITH THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF GEAUGA COUNTY AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

An ordinance authorizing the City Manager to execute a RID Compensation Agreement with the Board of Commissioners of Geauga County that the total amount of service payments in lieu of taxes received by the City from the three residential incentive districts shall not exceed $6,000,000 nor be paid for more than 30 years, whichever event shall first occur.
