Notice is hereby given that during the Council meeting held Thursday, November 5, 2015, the Village of Middlefield passed the following legislation:

Resolution 15-17
A Resolution Giving Consent to the Ohio Director of Transportation to Complete A Resurfacing Project of Madison Road (SR-528) in the Village of Middlefield, and Declaring an Emergency.

Resolution 15-18
A Resolution Authorizing the Village Administrator to Enter into a Contract with Medical Mutual for the Provision of Health Insurance for Village Employees at a Monthly cost of $12,068.08, and Declaring an Emergency.

Ordinance 15-121
An Ordinance Amending Chapter 181 and Enacting New Chapter 182 of the Codified Ordinances to Implement State-Mandated Changes in the Village’s Income Tax Code.

Ordinance 15-122
An Ordinance Amending Existing Section 505.21 of the Codified Ordinances to more Closely Regulate the Maximum Number of Dogs Allowed per Dwelling Unit.

Ordinance 15-124
An Ordinance Hiring Bryan Dawson as a Part-time Police Officer, Contingent Upon his Completing the Requirements of Section 139.01 of the Codified Ordinances, at the Rate of Pay of $15.00 per Hour, and Declaring an Emergency.

Ordinance 15-125
An Ordinance Approving a Driveway Curb Cut on Tare Creek Parkway, and Declaring an Emergency.
