Recycling Lesson

This week, the sixth-grade science class had a visit from Geauga Waste Management staff. Each student was shown an item that was made totally from recycled materials and asked to guess its source. Students also played a game of Green or Gross to emphasize recycling concepts.

Night Out at The Nest

St. Mary School moms spent a night out at The Nest in Chardon crafting together. Each mom created her own “patch” of pumpkins representing her family for a beautiful fall decoration.

Submitted St. Mary mothers (l to r) Casey Ptasnik, Kelly Morano, Chris Graham, Lori Schaefer and Regina Colombi enjoy a night out crafting at The Nest.
