Notice is hereby given that the Thompson Township Board of Trustees will conduct a public hearing on a motion, which is an amendment, identified as number 2016-01, to the Thompson Township Zoning Resolution at the Thompson Ledge Park Building at 7:00 p.m. on December 7, 2016.
The motion proposing to amend the zoning resolution will be available for examination at the Thompson Township Library Station during their open hours, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday 12:00 noon to 4:00 p.m. from November 28, 2016 through December 7, 2016.

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Montville Township Board of Trustees, C/O Tanker Bids, P.O. Box 116, 9755 Madison Rd., Montville, Ohio 44064 until 6:30 p.m. official local time on December 20, 2016. Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud at 7:05 p.m. the same day at the Montville Community Center Building for the Sale of Real Property, (1) 1998 International Model 2654 6X4 tandem axle 3000 gal. tanker. Vehicle odometer shows 17,000 miles, has a DT530- 300hp diesel engine -Allison automatic transmission, rebuilt Darley 1250GPM front bumper mounted water pump and is in sound mechanical condition. This vehicle has been designated as a replaced unit and no longer useful to the Township. A minimum bid purchase price of $25,000.00 has been placed on this vehicle and shall be sold “Where-is and As-is” condition with NO warranty or refund attached.
Bids may be held by the Montville Township Board of Trustees for a period not to exceed (60) days from the date of opening, for the purpose of reviewing the bids.
The Montville Township Board of Trustee reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received, and to accept any bid which is deemed most favorable to the Board at the time and under conditions stipulated, all in accord with the applicable provisions of laws of the State of Ohio governing the conduct of the Montville Board of Trustees.
