The Blue Sky Folk Festival returns to East Shore Unitarian Universalist Church, 10848 Chillicothe Road in Kirtland for a day of jamming, performance and learning. Celebrating its eighth year, the family-friendly folk music festival features the Bill Lestock Trio, Rachel & the Beatnik Playboys, the Vicki Chew Band, Matt Watroba and Scott Franklin, plus student performers.

Admission is $15 or $12 online at blueskyfolkfest.com. Youth 12 and under are free. Bring an instrument to jam for $3 off admission. Food, beer and wine are available for purchase.
Amateur and professional musicians, students and the general public are welcome. Come to master classes and beginner workshops on fiddle, banjo, guitar maintenance and more, plus a community sing-along and various jam genres all included in the price of admission.
The festival is produced by Northeast Ohio Musical Heritage Association.
