The final weekend of Curtain 440’s production of “The Star on My Heart” takes place at Berkshire High School in Burton.
Based on the life of Holocaust survivor Inge Auerbacher, the play is presented by local writer and director Angela Miloro-Hansen.
Ticket prices are $15 for adults and $13 for students and seniors, and may be purchased in advance at www.curtain440.com/Tickets or at the door.
Geauga Hunger Task Force Benefit Planned

The Good Tidings Benefit Choir will perform its annual Christmas musical benefit at Notre Dame Chapel, 13000 Auburn Road in Munson Township.
Celebrating its 30th year, the popular program raises money through goodwill offerings for the Geauga Hunger Task Force, which consists of seven emergency food pantries throughout the county.
The Good Tidings choir will be performing Christmas selections, including a portion of GF Handel’s “Messiah.” Concertgoers will be invited to join in the Hallelujah chorus.
Also performing will be Pilgrim Brass from Pilgrim Christian Church in Chardon, Fret Not strings and Giojoso instrumental players.
Admission is free, but a goodwill offering will be collected. Reservations are not necessary.
