In its eighth year, The Teen Drama Project at Geauga Lyric Theater will answer the question of how Peter Pan came to be. Directed and developed by Angela Miloro-Hansen, the drama project provides teens the opportunity to perform literary, historical and social awareness works.

“Peter and the Starcatcher,” a Broadway success, is an adaptation of the story of Peter Pan – how he got his name and how he met Tinkerbelle, pirates and mermaids. The cast of 13 includes eight teens that are totally new to the Teen Drama Project along with veterans of past performances.

Performances are Friday and Saturday at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m. Tickets are $6 for students and seniors, and $8 for adults and can be purchased online at www.geaugatheater.org or by calling the box office at 440-286-2255.

The historic Geauga Lyric Theater is located at 101 Water St. in Chardon.
