Students in grades K6 at Notre Dame Elementary School were thrilled to welcome author Diane Terry on March 26 for a very special day. Ms. Terry shared with students what goes into writing and illustrating a book.
Her inspirational presentations were tailored to each grade level and inspired students to pursue their dreams and use their talents.
Young Authors
Kindergartners have gone wild. They recently presented what they have learned about animals to the class. They used books, magazines, and the Internet to find interesting facts about animals and then wrote books about what they learned.
Their beautiful books will be on display at the Geauga County Young Authors Conference on April 18.
