Mixing it Up: Sept. 9, 12:30 p.m. Beth and Sandy from the Board of Mental Health and Recovery Services will discuss the side effects of alcohol and prescription drugs.
Geocaching 101: Sept. 11, 10 a.m. Geauga Park naturalist Judy Barnhart will introduce seniors to the outdoor treasure-hunting game in which participants utilize a GPS system to locate hidden caches. Boxed lunches will be served after the hunt. Cost is $6. Space is limited; call 440-279-2137 for reservations.

Lunch & Fly-fishing at Pine Lake Trout Club: Sept 11. The private club will be hosting lunch and fly fishing lessons. Equipment will be supplied or bring your own rod and reels for pond fishing. Cost of outing is $20. For those wanting to keep their catch, there will be an additional charge of $7 per pound.
