Family Movie Night in Chardon

United Way Services of Geauga County presents Family Movie Night on the Square in Chardon on Aug. 14.

The event will begin at 7:30 p.m. and will be filled with games and entertainment, including cornhole, childrens games, face painting, master balloon artist Balloon Bender Dave and more.

Mary Poppins (1964) starring Julie Andrews and Dick Van Dyke will begin at 8:30 p.m.

Breakdancing Demo

A free breakdancing and hip-hop demo class will be held at 6 p.m. Aug. 16 at Fairmount Center for the Arts 8400 Fairmount Road in Novelty. George Elefteriou will be teaching students ages 5-12 breakdancing basics and moves. No dance experience required. Wear comfortable clothing.
