GANG Hosts Artist Pat Cooley

On Feb. 19, nature artist Bev Krueger, a.k.a. Noah’s Child, will introduce guest artist Pat Cooley to The Geauga Arts Network Group (GANG), in an educational program that is free and open to the general public.

A resident of Chardon, Cooley will be demonstrating negative painting, a technique in which a primary motif or central image of a painting is left blank, relying on the colors surrounding it to reveal its form. Her talk will take place from 6:30-8 p.m. at Heinen’s Cafe, 402 Center St. in Chardon. No reservations are necessary.

The Geauga Arts Network Group is an ad hoc group whose mission is to promote communication, collaboration and cooperation across artistic disciplines for artists living and/or working in Geauga County.
