Take a behind-the-bushes look at the courtship antics of the American Woodcock, a goofy, pop-eyed, Pinocchio-beaked bird the size and shape of a football. Meet at the Rookery’s Great Blue Heron Lodge in Munson Township.
Skydance: Flight of the Woodcock is timed on the calendar for optimum odds of witnessing the courtship display that makes the bird special and memorable.
