Somethings Afoot at The Fair
Amidst the endless sights and sounds of The Great Geauga County Fair, be sure to swing by the park districts building for a preview of its upcoming exhibit, Somethings Afoot: Nature Just Cant Stay Put.
Geauga Park District will be at The Great Geauga County Fair Aug. 29 through Sept. 2 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Natural Resources Area, Geauga County Fairgrounds, 14373 North Cheshire St. in Burton.
Since 1996, the park districts open wood building has given fairgoers a taste of what their local parks have to offer. This years interactive displays showcase a motion-themed exhibit opening in November at The West Woods Nature Center in Russell Township.
Friendly staff members and volunteers will always be available to answer questions about Nature exploration, programs and policy.
Admission to the fair is $7 for adults and free for kids age 12 and younger, with discounts available on certain days. Learn more about the discounts and what else this years fair has to offer at at geaugafair.com.
