KHS Science Olympiad
Kenston High School Science Olympiad team ended their season with a sixth place finish at state competition.
Individual results were: second place Jacob Enders and Zach Roshon; third place – Water Quality, Lindsay Cook and Scott Brown; third place – Thermodynamics, Cara Fagerholm and Zach Roshon; fourth and fifth Geological Mapping and Green Generation (trial events), Logan Bishop, Richard Desantinik, Stehpanie Erwin, Stephen Kocsis and Vino Sivapalan; sixth place Boomilever, Seth Blankenship and Harrison Uveges; and sixth place – Fermi Questions, Andrew Krause and Zach Roshon.
The team was comprised of Mitchell Babej, Logan Bishop, Seth Blankenship, Scott Brown, Lindsay Cook, Richard Desatnik, Jacob Enders, Stephanie Erwin, Cara Fagerholm, Alexis Fleming, Paul Gray, Leah Grcevich, Stephen Kocsis, Andrew Krause, David Mellone, Brandon Raab, Zach Roshon, Rachel Sauder, Josh Sellers, Vinothan Sivapalan, Alan Tatro and Harrison Uveges.

Technology Garage Sale
Kenston’s online spring tech garage sale will take place online at http://www.kenston.k12.oh.us/auction/ through May 13.
Most items will be fixed price, so there is no bidding. Some will be bid items.
Items for the sale include computers, monitors, projectors, keyboards, iPad/iPhone chargers and many other miscellaneous pieces of equipment.
KMS Science Olympiad
Kenston Middle School Science Olympiad team ended their season with a 13th place finish at state tournament. The team was comprised of Luke Ballard, Jeff Brown, Rebecca Fantauzzo, Cris Fantauzzo, Fred Fikter, Jack Formica, Evan Frank, Leander Held, Carmal Hinson, Breanna Kramer, Tommy Kregenow, Emma Leonetti, Chuck Mozingo, Emma Nidy, Betsy Ortner, William Parsons, Ryan Sauder, Antal Silva, Nicholas Silva, Anna Snyder, Grant Sowards, Marissa Weeks and Alexandra Weinhofer.
Science Olympiad is a team competition in which students compete in events pertaining to various disciplines, including earth science, biology, chemistry, physics and engineering. Over 6,400 teams from 50 U.S. states compete each year.
