One School, One Book
Since early February, all of the Hambden Elementary School community has excitedly embraced the One School, One Book program by reading “A Cricket in Times Square.” The program encourages reading together at home by providing each family its very own book and by inspiring them with a shared experience. Activities at school, including guest readers, coordinated and enriched the shared reading experience.
As a wrap-up to the program, Hambden will host a “Family Night” on March 19 at 6:30 p.m. We hope you can come to celebrate the book and friendships.
