The hospitals Senior Adult Assessment Program provides a comprehensive evaluation of an older persons medical and social situation in one or two convenient appointments.
The one-stop assessment at UH Geauga Medical Center takes three to four hours and includes consultations with an internist, physical therapist, geriatric psychiatrist, pharmacist and social worker.
