Register For Senior Trash Pickup Days
Local township road crews will again work with the Geauga County Department on Aging employees and volunteers to remove large or heavy items from seniors’ driveways and outbuildings such as appliances and furniture, during locally scheduled pickups.
Seniors must live in the community offering the trash pickup and be registered with the department on aging for 2026 at least one week prior to the pickup to be placed on the pickup list.
All refuse items must be placed outside by garages, outbuildings or in the driveway. Do not leave items curbside. Limit to 10 household items per home.
Upcoming trash pickup days are:
- Hambden Township: April 20-22. Register by April 13.
- Munson Township: April 22-24. Register by April 15.
