Transforming Ideas Into Art

On April 16, artist and educator Deborah Steytler will talk about how ideas become works of art, while sharing her drawings and prints with the audience. As the guest of the Geauga Arts Network Group (GANG), she will be speaking from 6:30-8 p.m. at Heinen’s Cafe, 402 Center St. in Chardon.

Steytler currently teaches art-related classes at Lake Erie College, Lakeland Community College and Chardon High School. In addition to teaching and creating her own art, she is well known in the community for her work facilitating arts events such as the upcoming Murray Hill Art Group landscape exhibit at Meyer Center.

The program is free and open to the general public. No reservations are necessary.

The Geauga Arts Network Group is an ad hoc group whose mission is to promote communication, collaboration and cooperation across artistic disciplines for artists living and/or working in Geauga County.
