The Village of Burton Council will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 PM on Monday, January 25, 2021 in Council Chambers on the second floor of the Burton Public Library located at 14588 West Park Street. Discussion will be held on adding definitions for Animal Care Facility, amending the Home Occupation definition and amending the Schedule of Uses for Zoning Districts.
The public is welcome to discuss any questions or concerns during the hearing. Information for the proposed changes is available for inspection at the Village Office located on the second floor of the Burton Public Library. Meetings are also available via Zoom:

Resolution number 2021-02, adopted by the Russell Township Board of Trustees on January 6, 2021, authorizes the disposal of unneeded, obsolete, or unfit township property, including motor vehicles, road machinery, car parts, equipment, tools, and office equipment or supplies by Internet Auction in accordance with O.R.C. section 505.10.
