PC Case #25-006:  Applicant – Frontier Land Group is requesting an amendment to the Preliminary Plan approval for a Major Development under Section 1111 of the City of Chardon Codified Ordinances. The pro-posed plan is for a 96 unit detached single family home Planned Residential Development (Maple Trace PRD Subdivision). The amendment is to replace the proposed playground in the common area with 20’ x 20’ pavilion.
