Pursuant to O.R.C. §2981, the Geauga County Sheriff’s Office is seeking forfeiture of unclaimed property that was found or seized by the Geauga County Sheriff’s Office between 12/5/15 and 12/31/16. One item was found in 2009.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER SERVICES
Auburn Township
The Auburn Township Board of Trustees is pleased to announce A1 – 2017 Upgrade of Adam Hall at 11455 Washington St. in Auburn Township, Geauga County. A conceptual plan has been completed. It is now necessary for the Township to engage a construction manager for the Design Build Project. Detailed drawings, specifications, construction schedule and bid package will need to be developed.
The construction manager shall provide construction management services as generally described in the standard form of agreement between owner and construction manager (A.I.A. document B801/CMA, 1992 edition). Additional services may be negotiated between the owner and the construction manager. The construction management firm employed on this project must have technical training, education and experience in construction management and available personnel, equipment and facilities required to perform the services. The firm must also have a record of successful performance as reflected by the evaluation of previous clients with respect to control of costs, quality of work and meeting deadlines, particularly in the management of municipal construction, and financial responsibility as required by the O.R.C.
Please submit four (4) copies of your municipal resume (one copy must be an electronic copy, in PDF format) in a sealed envelope marked “A1 – 2017 Upgrade of Adam Hall Proposal”  to the Auburn Township Board of Trustees at 11010 Washington Street, Auburn Township, OH 44023.  Proposals will be received on or before 4:00 P.M., February 6, 2017. The opening of proposals will take place at the Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees, at the above listed address, at 8:00 P.M. on Monday, February 6, 2017.
