NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF
ST. DENIS G.C. CO.
St. Denis G.C. Co., an Ohio Corporation (the “Corporation”) has dissolved. You must present to the Corporation any claim against the Corporation, including any claim by a creditor or any claim that is conditional, unmatured, or contingent upon the occurrence or nonoccurrence of future events, pursuant to the following:
1. All claims shall be presented in writing and shall identify the claimant and contain sufficient information to reasonably inform the Corporation of the substance of the claim.
2. The mailing address to which the person must send the claim is: 100 7th Avenue, Suite 150, Chardon, OH 44024.
3. The deadline by which the Corporation must receive the claim is sixty (60) days after the date this notice is given (the “Deadline”).

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
City of Chardon
The City of Chardon Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing to consider the applications described below on Tuesday, January 17, 2017 at 6:30 P.M. in Council Chambers at the Municipal Center, 111 Water St, Chardon OH 44024. The meeting is subject to adjournment or recess to a later date without another Notice of Public Hearing (ORC 3115.05(c)).

PC Case #16-236: Applicant – Thistle House Senior Living (Phil Smith) is requesting a Conditional Use approval for a Congregate Care Facility in the “C-1” Restricted Business District under section 1139.03 of the City of Chardon Codified Ordinances. The applicants are also requesting two (2) Variances from the City of Chardon Codified Ordinances as follows: 1) from section 1145.11 to reduce the minimum lot size for a Congregate Care Facility from 5.0 acres to 1.3 acres and the minimum lot width from 400’ to 150’ and 2) from Section 1155.25(e) that requires a minimum of 10’ separation from parking spaces and building walls. In addition they will be requesting Concept Site Plan approval for the property.  The property is located on the north side of Water Street approximately 550’ west of the intersection of Water Street and Cherry Ave. The address of the property is 526 Water Street, Chardon, OH 44024, with Parcel ID# 10-042511.  The property is owned by SSP Hospitality Inc.

The meeting is subject to adjournment or recess to a later date without another Notice of Public Hearing (ORC 3115.05(c)).

PC Case #16-251: Applicant – David Lowe & Edward Lawrence are requesting concept plan approval for a lot reconfiguration involving two (2) parcels #10-079400 (214 Basquin Drive) and #10-164711 (212 Basquin Drive). The proposed reconfiguration would allow for 0.0588 acres from Parcel ID #10-079400 (214 Basquin Drive) be split and attached with Parcel ID#10-164711 (212 Basquin Drive). In addition, the following variance is requested: Reduce the minimum lot size required in Schedule 1133.05 from 25,000 sq. ft. to 24,598 sq. ft. in the “R-1” Single Family Residence District. No additional buildable lots will be created from the requested split. The properties are located on the east side of Basquin Drive at the southeast corner of the intersection of Basquin Drive and Chardon Avenue.
