The Court finds that the service of summons cannot be made other than by publication on Defendant: Unknown Heirs and Legatees of Mary A. Vernyi, whose last known place of residence is: Addresses Unknown, Each of you will take notice that on October 13, 2015, Plaintiff filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Geauga County Court of Common Pleas, 100 Short Court, Chardon, OH 44024, being 15-F-000808 alleging that there is due to Plaintiff the sum of $132,209.51 plus interest at 7.00000% per annum from February 1, 2015, plus late charges, pre-payment penalties, title charges, court costs and expenses as applicable to the terms of the Promissory Note secured by a mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 16811 Savage Road, Chagrin Falls, Ohio 44023 being permanent parcel number 02-380100.
Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.
Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said property of be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.
Said Defendants are required to file an Answer within twenty-eight (28) days after last publication which shall be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.

AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT/AGREEMENT WITH THE CUYAHOGA COUNTY REGIONAL HEALTH INSURANCE PROGRAM BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 2016 AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
An ordinance authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract with the Cuyahoga County Regional Health Insurance Program to purchase group medical insurance for one year beginning January 1, 2016, for the base plan in the following amounts of $612.16/month for single coverage, $1,345.53/month for an employee and spouse, $1,032.51/month for an employee and children and $1,891.14/month for family coverage; and for the premium plan option, $730.89/month for single coverage, $1,605.97/month for an employee and spouse, $1,232.53/month for an employee and child(ren) and $2,256.95/month for family coverage.

ORDINANCE NO. 2901
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A MAXIMUM AMOUNT PAYABLE FOR MEDICAL AND DENTAL INSURANCE FOR EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF CHARDON BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 2016 AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
An ordinance establishing the maximum amounts paid by the City of Chardon beginning on January 1, 2016 for medical insurance shall be $550.95/month for single coverage, $1,210.99/month for an employee and spouse, $929.27/month for employee and child(ren) and $1,702.04/month for family coverage; and for dental coverage $33.59/month for single coverage and $92.12/month for family coverage.

AN ORDINANCE DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO FILE AN APPLICATION FOR A §404 INDIVIDUAL WETLAND PERMIT WITH THE UNITED STATES ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS FOR APPROVAL TO CONSTRUCT LORETO WAY/MEADOWLANDS DRIVE EXTENSION, DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO RETAIN CONSULTANTS TO PREPARE AND SUBMIT THE APPLICATION AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
An ordinance directing the City Manager to file an application for a §404 Individual Wetland Permit with the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) for approval to construct Loreto Way/Meadowlands Drive Extension, directing the City Manager to retain consultants to prepare and submit the application and to take such other action necessary to obtain approval by the USACE to construct Loreto Way and the 305 feet extension.
