On February 17, 2022, Plaintiff Sonnenberg Mutual Insurance Company filed its Complaint for Interpleader. The object of this Complaint for Interpleader is a request for the court to permit Sonnenberg Mutual Insurance Company to deposit its insurance policy limits of coverage with the court for safekeeping and disposition. The subject of the action arises out of an automobile accident that occurred on December 7, 2020 in Geauga County, Ohio. The purpose of the Complaint for Interpleader it to apprise all Defendants named in said action of said insurance policy limits and require each of those Defendants to state his or her claim or interest in said insurance policy proceeds.
Sonnenberg Mutual Insurance Company demands that Jeff Owen Martin, a defendant in the above-captioned case, be required to answer or otherwise respond to Sonnenberg Mutual Insurance Company’s Complaint for Interpleader within 28 days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published at least once a week for six consecutive weeks. The first publication of this notice will be on September 22, 2022 and the last publication of this notice will be on October 27, 2022. In case you fail to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default may be rendered against you.

Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the CLARIDON TOWNSHIP, Ohio, passed on the JULY 11, 2022, there will be submitted to a vote of the people at the GENERAL ELECTION to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 8th day of November, 2022 the question of levying a tax, in excess of the ten mill limitation:
A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Claridon Township for the purpose of providing and maintaining fire apparatus, mechanical resuscitators, underwater rescue and recovery equipment, or other fire equipment and appliances, buildings and sites therefor, or sources of water supply and materials therefor, for the establishment and maintenance of lines of fire-alarm communications, for the payment of firefighting companies or permanent, part-time, or volunteer firefighting, emergency medical service, administrative, or communications personnel to operate the same, including the payment of any employer contributions required for such personnel under section 145.48 or 742.34 of the revised code, for the purchase of ambulance equipment, for the provision of ambulance, paramedic, or other emergency medical services operated by a fire department or firefighting company, or for the payment of other related costs at a rate not exceeding 2.3 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.23 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for 5 years, commencing in 2023, first due in calendar year 2024.

The Geauga-Trumbull Solid Waste District will be accepting sealed proposals until, Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at 2:00 PM at 5138 Enterprise Blvd., Warren, OH 44481 and opened and read for:
THE COLLECTION, TRANSPORT, PROCESSING, RECYCLING OR LAWFULLY DISPOSING OF HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE COLLECTED AT GEAUGA-TRUMBULL SWMD FACILITIES LOCATED IN TRUMBULL AND GEAUGA COUNTIES, OHIO.
A copy of the specifications along with proposal pages may be obtained at the Solid Waste District office at 5138 Enterprise Blvd, Warren, OH 44481 or on the District website at www.startrecycling.com
FAILURE TO OBTAIN PROPOSAL FROM THE DISTRICT MAY RESULT IN PROPOSAL REJECTION DUE TO NON-COMPLIANCE WITH REQUIREMENTS OF THE PROPOSAL RESPONSE FORMAT AND OFFICIAL ADDENDUM NOTIFICATION/S.
Proposals from corporations not charted in Ohio MUST be accompanied by proper certifications that such corporation is authorized to do business in Ohio.
Attention to the submitting party is directed to the requirements that each proposal must be accompanied by a non-collusion affidavit, properly executed by the submitting party. Further, the submitting party will be required to execute an affidavit required by Sec. 5719.042 of the Ohio Revised Code. No payment shall be made on any contract for which no such affidavit has been submitted.
The Geauga-Trumbull Solid Waste District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities. In addition, the District Board of Directors reserves the right to participate in the state contracts, which the Department of Administrative Services, Office of State Purchasing has entered into for the purchase of supplies, equipment and certain materials pursuant to ORC Section 125.04. No proposals may be withdrawn for at least sixty (60) days after the opening thereof.
Each submitting party must insure that no employees and applicants for employment are discriminated against because of race, sex, color, or national origin.

LEGAL NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by Geauga Public Health, 12611 Ravenwood Drive, Suite 300, Chardon, Ohio, 44024, or by mail at the same address on or after October 20, 2022 until 4:30 p.m. local time on November 4, 2022, and will be opened and read immediately thereafter.
Bids will be received for the Environmental Protection Agency-funded well replacement project in Parkman Township.
Each bid must be accompanied by a certified or cashier’s check or an irrevocable letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised Code, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, or a bid guaranty in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid amount, such check or bid guaranty to be made in favor of the Geauga County Board of Health and shall be held as a guarantee that in the event the bid is accepted and a contract awarded to the Bidder, the contract will be duly executed and its performance properly secured.
Envelope containing the bid and other required documents should be sealed and clearly marked – ”GEAUGA COUNTY PARKMAN WELL REPLACEMENT PROJECT, Office of the Geauga County Board of Health, 12611 Ravenwood Drive, Suite 300, Chardon, Ohio 44024.”
The successful bidder is required to furnish a bond for the faithful performance of the contract in a sum of not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price for the complete work, said bond to be that of an approved surety company authorized to transact business in the State of Ohio meeting the requirements of the O.R.C. Section 153.54.
There will be a mandatory contractor walk through of the sites at 10:00 a.m., October 27, 2022. The meeting will start at the Parkman Trustees Office, 16295 Main Market Rd, Parkman Ohio 44080 and then move to the locations that wells will be drilled.
