Public notice is hereby given that on the 13th day of September, 2016, the County Treasurer of Geauga County, Ohio, filed a Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Geauga County, being Case Number 16-F-000712, for the foreclosure of liens for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties, and interest against certain real property situated in said County, as described in the Complaint.
The Geauga County Prosecuting Attorney has determined that the publication of the complete legal description is not necessary to provide reasonable notice of foreclosure proceedings to the interested parties. The complete legal description may be obtained through the Geauga County Recorder’s office.
The object of the action is to obtain from the Court a judgment foreclosing the tax liens against such real estate and ordering the sale of such real estate for the satisfaction of the tax liens on it.
Such action is brought against real property only and no personal judgment shall be entered in it. REQUESTS FOR STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS
FOR CRITERIA ARCHITECT SERVICES
The Board of Geauga County Commissioners is soliciting Requests for Statements of Qualifications (RFQs) for Criteria Architect Services, pursuant to and in compliance with Section 153.692 of the Ohio Revised Code, to assist the Board in the preparation of conceptual plans and specifications in connection with the establishment of the design criteria for the construction of new facilities to house a number of county offices. If requested by the Board, the criteria architect shall also serve as the representative of the Board and provide, during the design-building project, other design and construction administration services.
All RFQs shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked: RFQ — CRITERIA ARCHITECT-COUNTY OFFICE FACILITIES. All RFQs must be received in the Office of the Board of Geauga County Commissioners, 470 Center St., Bldg. #4, Chardon, OH 44024, no later than 1:45 P.M. Local Time on Wednesday, November 9, 2016, at which time all RFQs shall be opened and acknowledged.
