  Notice is hereby given that the valuations for tax year 2021 have been completed and are now open for public inspection.  Said valuations may be checked online at www.auditor.co.geauga.oh.us or at the Real Estate Department of the Auditor’s Office, Courthouse Annex, 231 Main Street, Chardon, OH 44024.

  This legal notice is being made to comply with Ohio Revised Code, Section 5715.17 requiring publication in the newspaper and does not change any prior written notification. Taxpayers are advised that any and all changes to valuations have already been made, by mail, to every property owner.

  Complaints against any valuation or assessment except those fixed by the Department of Taxation will be heard by the Board of Revision on January 10, 2022 at 3:30 p.m. in the Auditor’s Office, at 231 Main Street.   Hildegard Wisch and John Doe, Name Unknown, Unknown Spouse, if any of Hildegard Wisch,  you will take notice that on August 31, 2021, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for foreclosure in the Geauga County Common Pleas Court, 100 Short Court, Suite 300, Chardon, Ohio 44024, being Case No. 21-F-000518, alleging that there is due thereon the principal balance of $167,479.85 as of August 5, 2021.  In a reverse mortgage all advances are added to the loan balance, per the note terms.  As such, the principal balance continues to grow due to monthly servicing fees, mortgage insurance premiums, and other costs set forth under the terms of the note and mortgage.   Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a de-fault in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.

  THE COLLECTION, TRANSPORT, PROCESSING, RECYCLING OR LAWFULLY DISPOSING OF ELECTRONICS COLLECTED AT GEAUGA-TRUMBULL SWMD FACILITIES LOCATED IN TRUMBULL AND GEAUGA COUNTIES, OHIO.

  FAILURE TO OBTAIN PROPOSAL FROM THE DISTRICT MAY RESULT IN PROPOSAL REJECTION DUE TO NON-COMPLIANCE WITH REQUIREMENTS OF THE PROPOSAL RESPONSE FORMAT AND OFFICIAL ADDENDUM NOTIFICATION/S.
