Bailey, whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on July 2, 2025, the Plaintiff, Government Loan Securitization Trust 2011-FV1, U.S. Bank Trust National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as Delaware trustee and U.S. Bank National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as Co-Trustee, filed its Amended Complaint in Case No. 23-F-000745, in the Court of Common Pleas of Geauga County, Ohio, 100 Short Court, Suite 300, Chardon, OH 44024, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 14777 Ashwood Drive, Newbury, OH 44065, Permanent Parcel No. 23-021050, 23-021051, 23-021052, and 23-021053, (“Real Estate”), and alleged that the Defendants have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.
The Defendants, Margie J. Berghauser aka Margie J. Bailey and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Margie J. Berghauser aka Margie J. Bailey are required to answer the Plaintiff’s Amended Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice. In the event that the Defendants, Margie J. Notice is hereby given that the Chester Township Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a public hearing on an application identified as ZA-2025-12, on the 8th day of December 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at Chester Town Hall.
The applicants, Paul Ridley and Katie Pestak are requesting an Area variance for a lot split and consolidation that would cause a currently land-locked lot to gain road frontage. The proposed reconfigured lot would have 45’ of road frontage. This proposal is in violation of the minimum requirement of 200’ of road frontage in the R3A residential zoning district, per Section 5.01.17 of the Chester Township Zoning Resolution.
