Please be advised that the Township of Chester, located in Geauga County, Ohio by and through the Township Board of Trustees, intends to enter into a settlement by means of an Agreed Judgment Entry in the case captioned In Re: Appeal of Frank Turk, Geauga County Common Pleas No. 18-A-000271. The proposed settlement affects the real property at 12652 Sperry Road, Chesterland, Ohio 44065, also known as Parcel Number 11-266800, a 3.31 acre residentially zoned parcel filed of record in Volume 1772, Page 670 of the Geauga County Record of Deeds.
