  Hildegard Wisch and John Doe, Name Unknown, Unknown Spouse, if any of Hildegard Wisch,  you will take notice that on August 31, 2021, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for foreclosure in the Geauga County Common Pleas Court, 100 Short Court, Suite 300, Chardon, Ohio 44024, being Case No. 21-F-000518, alleging that there is due thereon the principal balance of $167,479.85 as of August 5, 2021.  In a reverse mortgage all advances are added to the loan balance, per the note terms.  As such, the principal balance continues to grow due to monthly servicing fees, mortgage insurance premiums, and other costs set forth under the terms of the note and mortgage. The real property, which has a street address of 12545 Hovey Drive, Chesterland, OH 44026, being permanent parcel number Parcel Number: 11-379800.

  Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a de-fault in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

APPEAL FOR VARIANCE

Burton Township

  Notice is hereby given that the Burton Township Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a public hearing on an application for an appeal for an area variance to the Burton Township Zoning Resolution on December 7, 2021 at 7:30 p.m. at Burton Township Administration Building, 14821 Rapids Road, Burton, Ohio 44021.

  This application #1542-21, submitted by Richard & Mary Lambert seeks relief from Article IV, Section 402.6(A), of the Burton Township Zoning Resolution as amended August 14, 2019.   They are requesting a 78 ft lot width variance from the minimum 300 ft lot width requirement. They ask that this be granted for the lot(s) located at: 15450 Claridon Troy Road in Burton Township Ohio, Parcel #04-151024. Owner application has future plans to create 5 separate lots, all with equal frontage.

  Following the public hearing, any other business as it relates to the responsibility of the Board, will be discussed and action taken as needed.
