An ordinance enacting §123.23 C.O. creating a self-insurance fund which may be used to pay health insurance premium costs with excess reserves.

An ordinance establishing maximum amounts the City will pay for medical insurance for each employee, $601.98/month single, $1,318.36/month for employee/spouse, $1,013.91/month for employee/children, $1,849.70/month for family coverage; dental, $29.39/month single, $80.62 family; authorizing deductions, using the reserve from Self-Insurance Fund to pay premiums in part, and paying employees who do not elect coverage $200/month.
