Reed Jr. and their unknown spouses and creditors, whose last known address is Unknown, will take notice that on August 26, 2020, NewRez LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing filed its Complaint in the Geauga County Court of Common Pleas at 100 Short Court, Suite 300, Chardon, OH 44024, assigned Case No. 20F000528 and styled NewRez LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing vs. James C. Reed, Jr., et al. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of Plaintiff’s mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:

  Notice is hereby given that the Russell Township Board of Zoning Appeals will have a Public Hearings on one applications of appeal for variances to the Russell Township Zoning on Monday, November 9, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. at the Russell Township Town Hall, 14890 Chillicothe Road.

  Variance Application #531 – Submitted by Lindsey and William Phillips for parcel number 28-001980, 7644 Blackford Dr. They are seeking a variance as listed below:

• Applicant is requesting a variance for relief to the Zoning Resolutions front yard setback for the purpose of installing an attached addition/garage. Do to being a corner lot and having two front yards, the applicant is seeking a proposed setback of 20.50 feet in lieu of the thirty-five feet (35) required, per section 5.2(b) of the Resolution. The variance sought would be for 14.5’.

  Notice is hereby given that the Troy Township Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a public hearing on an application for an appeal for a variance to the Troy Township Zoning Resolution on the 16th day of November, 2020 at 7:00 o’clock p.m. at the Troy Community Center, 13950 Main Market Road, Burton, OH 44021.

  This application #ZP20-23, submitted by Robert, Edna and William R. Miller, requests that they be granted relief regarding an Area zoning certificate for lot frontage. The application for the appeal pertains to Article IV Section 402.5 Minimum Lot Frontage and Width R-3 Residential District Paragraph A which states that the minimum lot frontage and width shall be two hundred and fifty (250) feet, except for lots located on a permanent cul-de-sac road turnaround and they wish a 150 foot lot frontage.
