Notice is hereby given that the Chester Township Board of Township Trustees will Conduct a public hearing on motions which are amendments, identified as number Z2022-4 (accessory building size) and Z2022-5 (district regulations in compliance with the Ohio Revised Code) to the Chester Township Zoning Resolution at the Town Hall 6:35 PM on December 15, 2022.

Violates SEC. 407 Commercial District (in part) living in a manufactured home is not a permitted use in the Commercial District.
