Hildegard Wisch and John Doe, Name Unknown, Unknown Spouse, if any of Hildegard Wisch, you will take notice that on August 31, 2021, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for foreclosure in the Geauga County Common Pleas Court, 100 Short Court, Suite 300, Chardon, Ohio 44024, being Case No. 21-F-000518, alleging that there is due thereon the principal balance of $167,479.85 as of August 5, 2021. In a reverse mortgage all advances are added to the loan balance, per the note terms. As such, the principal balance continues to grow due to monthly servicing fees, mortgage insurance premiums, and other costs set forth under the terms of the note and mortgage. The real property, which has a street address of 12545 Hovey Drive, Chesterland, OH 44026, being permanent parcel number Parcel Number: 11-379800.
Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a de-fault in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.
Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.

WHEREAS, the Ohio Revised Code, Section 3701.07, permits the Board of Health to establish by Rule a uniform system of fees to pay the cost of any service provided by the Board of Health for which no fee is prescribed by law; and
WHEREAS, any licensing fee charged under Ohio Revised Code Section 3717.25 and Ohio Revised Code Section 3717.45 shall be based on the licensor’s cost of regulating the programs for retail food establishments (RFE) and food service operation (FSO) as determined according to uniform methodologies established under Ohio Revised Code Section 3717.07.

The Bainbridge Township Board of Trustees gives notice of its intent to file a settlement agreement in Geauga County Court of Common Pleas case 21-A-000249, New Wembley vs. Bainbridge Township Board of Zoning Appeals, et al.
