Notice is hereby given that the Burton Township Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a public hearing on an application identified as number 1336-16, for a conditional zoning certificate on the 22nd day of December, 2016 at 7:00 o’clock p.m. at the Burton Township Administration Building located at 14821 Rapids Road, Burton, OH 44021.
This application, submitted by Steven R. Troyer requests that:  a 32’ x 50’ addition be added to an existing barn (32’ x 50’) to be used as a revenue enhancing hobby shop to build lawn furniture. He requests that this be granted for the lot located at 14150 Hubbard Road, Burton, OH 44021.

NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Bainbridge Township
Sealed bids for labor, materials and services, for the Bainbridge Township Cleaning of Various Buildings will be received by the Township Fiscal Officer, at 17826 Chillicothe Road, Bainbridge Township, Ohio 44023, until 10:00 a.m. local time on December 23, 2016 and will be publicly opened and read, immediately thereafter at 10:05 a.m. at the Bainbridge Town Hall. A copy of Bainbridge Township Cleaning Bid may be picked up at the Fiscal Office, located in the lower level of Town Hall, 17826 Chillicothe Road, Bainbridge Township, Ohio 44023 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. local time. No oral, telephonic, or telegraphic bids or modifications will be considered. A mandatory Pre Bid meeting will be held at the Town Hall upstairs on December 14, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. local time. No bid will be considered unless made on the bid form furnished by the Township and in accordance with the Contract Documents. Bids shall be enclosed in an opaque envelope furnished by the Bidders, endorsed with the name of the Bidder and Work bid upon, sealed and delivered to the herein before mentioned office of the Township. The Township shall allow a thirty (30) day grace period to activate a new contract. Bids must contain the name of every person interested therein and shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier’s check or letter of credit in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the highest Bidder base bid. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the opening of the Bids. The Township reserves the right to accept any part or all of any bid and to reject any and all parts of any and all bids.
