 To: Burton Scot Contractors, LLC, whose last known statutory agent is David Paulitsch with the last known address of 14728 Maplewood Road, Burton, Ohio 44021. You are hereby notified that you have been named a Defendant in a legal action captioned Cuyahoga Asphalt Materials LLC v. Chester Township Board of Trustees, et al. in the Geauga County Court of Common Pleas located at 100 Short Court Street, Chardon, Geauga County, Ohio 44024. This action has been designated Case Number 23-M-000513 and assigned to Judge David M Ondrey.  Said hearing is to provide the public an opportunity to comment regarding a proposed Zoning Map Amendment to bring the current zoning map into conformance with the proposed revisions to the City of Chardon Codified Ordinances Part Eleven – Planning & Zoning Code.  The proposed Zoning Map Amendment will do the following: 1) Eliminate the “C-1” Restricted Business District and reclassify all the properties to “C-3” Traditional Commercial District 2) Eliminate the “RC” Rural Conservation District and reclassify all the properties to the “S” Special District  3)  Reclassify all properties zoned “R-4” High Density Residence District in Chardon Park Estates and adjoining properties on South Hambden Street to a newly created “R-3CPE” Chardon Park Estates Residential District. 

 A copy of the Zoning Map Amendment is on file and available for public inspection in the office of the Clerk of Council of said City, weekdays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

 The Chardon Local School District requests qualifications from interested firms to provide Professional Design services for its Capital Improvement Projects. Services required include assessing the needs of the Owner; development of conceptual plans, specifications and design criteria; assisting the Owner in evaluating statements of qualifications and technical and pricing proposals of construction manager at risk and/or design-builder; and other specific criteria and information which are included in the RFQ.
