Newbury Township is seeking sealed, signed, written qualifications for Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) Services, according to the requirements described in the Scope of Services and other documents included with this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”). Box 116, 9755 Madison Rd., Montville, Ohio 44064 until 6:30 p.m. official local time on March 15, 2022.  Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud at 7:05 p.m. the same day at the Montville Community Center Building for the donation of:

The 25 year-old Scotts brand air compressor, filling station, cascade bottles, and accessories.

The air compressor, filling station, cascade bottles and accessories are no longer needed in daily operation of the township and shall be donated “Where-Is” and “As-Is” with NO warranty or refunds attached. Montville Township will not assist in loading these units. This donation shall be to an organization of need and complies to all requirements of the ORC 505.10 must be submitted. Montville Township Board of Trustees shall receive evidence from the organization that it is a nonprofit organization, is located in the state of Ohio, and is exempt from federal income taxation; a description of the organization’s primary purposes, a description of the type of property the organization needs, the name address and telephone number of a person designated by the origination’s governing board to receive the donated property and to serve as its agent. Requests may be held by Board of Trustees for a period not to exceed (60) days from the date of opening, for the purpose of reviewing.
