Cynthia M. Streets, whose last known place of residence is 3401 Higley Road, Rock Creek, OH 44084, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on June 1, 2016, the undersigned, Cherie I. Truckly and James A. Truckley, filed their complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 100 Short Court, Chardon, OH 44024, of Geauga County, Ohio, alleging that on or about February 11, 2012, on State Route 528, in Montville Township, Geauga County, Ohio, Defendants negligently, carelessly and recklessly operated her motor vehicle, causing a crash, which resulted in bodily injuries and damages to Plaintiffs.
Plaintiffs pray for and demand judgment against all Defendants, jointly and severally, in an amount in excess of $25,000.00, plus interest, costs, reasonable attorney fees, and for any and all other relief to which the Plaintiffs are entitled which the Court sees fit to award.
The defendant named above is required to answer on or before the 13th day of April, 2017.

Notice is hereby given that the Claridon Township Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing on a motion which is an amendment, identified as number 2017-01, to the Claridon Township Zoning Resolution at the Claridon Township Town Hall, 13930 Mayfield Road, Chardon, on the 27 day of March, 2017 at 7:00 p.m.
The motion proposing to amend the zoning resolution will be available for examination at the Claridon Administrative Building from 8:00 o’clock a.m. to 12:00 o’clock p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays from March 20, 2017 through March 27, 2017.
After the conclusion of the public hearing, the matter will be submitted to the Board of Township Trustees for its action.
