   The Defendant,  Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Grange Alves, whose current address is unknown, will take notice that on March 13, 2020, the Plaintiff, LoanCare, LLC, filed its Complaint in Case No. 20-F-000212, in the Court of Common Pleas of Geauga County, Ohio, 100 Short Court, Chardon, OH 44024, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 8745 Beacon Hill Dr, Chagrin Falls, OH 44023, Permanent Parcel No. 02-020300,(“Real Estate”), and alleged that the Defendant has or may have an interest in this Real Estate.

   The Defendant. Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Grange Alves is required to answer the Plaintiff’s Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice.  In the event that the Defendant, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Grange Alves failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff’s Complaint.

2020 ROAD MATERIALS BID

   The Huntsburg Township Board of Trustees will receive sealed proposals until 3:00 p.m. on May 5, 2020 proposals will be opened and read aloud for the following road materials at 8:00 pm during the township meeting May 5, 2020.  Road materials included are #57, #304, #411, #617 Limestone, #57 Steel and Light Slag and #4 Steel and Light Slag, washed #8 limestone, cold mix, and ice grits. Materials are to be delivered on an as needed basis to our designated yard.

   All bids are to be marked Road Materials Bid and sent to Huntsburg Township, P.O. Box 280, Huntsburg OH 44046. The Huntsburg Township Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received, and to accept any bid or bids which are deemed most favorable to the Board at the time and under conditions stipulated, all in accord with the applicable provisions of the laws of the State of Ohio governing the conduct of the Board of Trustees.

DUST CONTROL MC70 & AEP

   The Huntsburg Township Board of Trustees will receive sealed proposals until 3:00 p.m. on May 5, 2020, proposals will be opened and read aloud at 8:15 pm during the Trustees’ meeting on Tuesday, May 5, 2020 for the Spraying of MC70 or AEP and the spreading of washed # 8 limestone on Township Roads in Huntsburg Township, during the 2020 construction season.

   Bid proposals may be obtained by calling the Huntsburg Township Fiscal Officer at 440-636-5486 or mailing to P.O. Box 280, Huntsburg, Ohio 44046. All bid proposals shall be submitted on forms provided by the Board of Trustees.

   A bid bond or certified check, cashier’s check, or money order, on a solvent bank or savings and loan association, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount, and liability insurance for injury to persons and/or damage to property in an amount not less than $1,000,000.00 and property damage liability insurance in an amount not less than $500,000.00, shall accompany each bid. The bid shall be let on a unit price basis.

  The Huntsburg Township Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received, and to accept any bid or bids which are deemed most favorable to the Board at the time and under conditions stipulated, all in accord with the applicable provisions of the laws of the State of Ohio governing the conduct of the Board of Trustees.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

FOR DESIGN & BUILD TEAM SERVICES

AUBURN TOWNSHIP

The Auburn Township Board of Trustees is pleased to announce the Auburn Community Park Pavilion Project at 17484 Munn Road in Auburn Township, Geauga County.  A conceptual plan has been completed which includes the following:

1. Drawings and engineering stamped by registered structural engineer.

2. A 40’x60’ rough sawn timber structure

3. Concrete floor slab and apron including foundations

4. Electrical lighting

It is now necessary for the township to engage a Design & Build Team to complete this planned construction.  A budget cost has been established of approximately $150,000.00.  Detailed drawings, specifications and construction schedule will need to be developed.

The Board of Trustees requests anyone interested in being considered for this project to submit the following information:

1. A brief description of your firm, including its structure and management.

2. A listing of the personnel in your firm who would be involved in the planning and    execution of this project and also the names of any consultants that you would retain.

3. A description of your prior work experience in building addition/renovation projects completed.

4. A detailed narrative of your approach to the planning and design process required to bring the project to fruition.

5. Any additional information that you would like to present that might help the Board to better evaluate your firm.

Please submit five (5) copies of your proposal, one in an electronic PDF format, in a sealed envelope marked “Auburn Community Park Pavilion Design & Build Team Proposal” to the Auburn Township Board of Trustees, 11010 Washington St., Auburn Township, OH  44023.  Proposals will be received on or before 4:00PM May 15, 2020.  The opening of the proposals will take place thereafter.

The Board of Trustees plan on selecting a Design & Build Team for this project at the Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees on May 18, 2020.

BID NOTICE

2020 CRACK SEAL OF VARIOUS

AUBURN TOWNSHIP ROADS

   Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Auburn Township Board of Trustees for the Crack Seal of Various Roads in Auburn Township until 4:00 p.m. official local time on Friday, May 1, 2020.

   Specifications may be obtained by calling (440-543-7028) or emailing (admin@auburntownship.com) the Auburn Administration Office from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. during normal working days or downloaded from the township website, www.auburntownship.com. Bidders are required to return the Bid Forms and to note on the outside of the sealed bid envelope “Bid for the 2020 Crack Seal of Various Auburn Township Roads.”   A bid guaranty in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid amount or a certified check, cashier’s check or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised Code in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount shall accompany each bid.  The bid bond will be held as a performance bond until acceptance of the completed project by the Auburn Township Highway Superintendent.  Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud at 7:40 p.m. on Monday, May 4, 2020 at the regular meeting of the Board of Trustees at 11010 Washington Street, Auburn Township 44023.
