The Huntsburg Township Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a public hearing on an application, on Monday the 2th day of June 2014 starting at 7:00 p.m. at the Huntsburg Town Hall located at 16534 Mayfield Road, Huntsburg, Ohio.
Application 2014-04 submitted by Mr. Lester E. Mullet Jr., requesting a CUP for a cabinet shop manufacturing cabinets for resale in the R-3 Residential District for the property located at 13424 Clay Street, Huntsburg Township.

Vacation of Sandstone Drive and
the Alteration of a Portion of
Wye Road (TR 107)
Notice is hereby given that the Geauga County Board of Commissioners will hold an on-site viewing of the proposed vacation of Sandstone Drive and the alteration of a portion of Wye Road (TR 107) on June 3, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in Munson Township. The area of Sandstone Drive proposed to be vacated is from a point at the southwesterly corner of the Sandhill Farm Subdivision, said point being approximately 527 feet west of the centerline of Rockhaven Road to a point at the southeasterly corner of the Sandhill Farm subdivision, said point being approximately 707 feet east of the centerline of Rockhaven Road. The portion of Wye Road proposed to be altered is the right of way width of Wye Road abutting the Sandhill Farm Estates Subdivision. A public hearing for the proposed vacation and alteration will be held on June 10, 2014 at 10:15 a.m. in the Commissioners’ Chambers at 470 Center Street, Building #4, Chardon, OH 44024, at which time the Board will hear comments and questions from any interested persons concerning the proposed vacation and alteration of said rights-of-way.

ORDINANCE NO. 2826
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO THE STATE OF OHIO DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION BRIDGE INSPECTION PROGRAM SERVICES, PID NO. 97103, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
An ordinance authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract with the State of Ohio Department of Transportation Bridge Inspection Program Services, PID No. 97103 for the ODOT to inspect municipal bridges and pay the costs of inspection covered in the Consultant’s Scope of Services Task Order contract.
