The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses and Assigns and the Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs of Margaret J. Forner, whose last known address is Address Unknown, and will take notice that on the 3rd day of February, 2015, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Geauga County, 100 Short Court, Chardon, Ohio 44024 in Case No. 15-F-000103, on the docket of the Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff’s mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate to wit:

and being more particularly described in plaintiff’s mortgage recorded in Mortgage Book 1888, page 1832, of this County Recorder’s Office.

Multi Distressed Asset Fund LLC, whose last known address is 44 Wall Street, 2nd Floor, New York, NY 10005, and whose present address is unknown, and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained shall take notice that on the 22nd day of January, 2015, the Treasurer Of Geauga County, filed a Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Geauga County, Ohio, 100 Short Court, Chardon, Ohio 44024, entitled Christopher P. Hitchcock, Treasurer Of Geauga County V. Multi Distressed Asset Fund LLC, et al., Case No: 15-F-000063, against the above-named parties, praying that the premises hereinafter described be sold for the collection of delinquent real estate taxes, owed and unpaid, is Eighteen Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty Nine Dollars and Ninety Cents ($18,829.90) together with accruing taxes, assessments, penalties, interest and charges; as well as court costs.

Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Geauga and in the Township of Bainbridge; Known as being Lot No. Eight Hundred Seventy (870) as shown on a certain plat entitled “Map of Chagrin Falls Park” which map is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Geauga County, Ohio in Volume 1, Pages 80 and 81 of the Geauga County Record of Plats and Surveys, subject to easements, conditions and restrictions of record, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

The object of the action is to obtain from the Court a judgment foreclosing the tax liens against such real estate and ordering the sale of such real estate for the satisfaction of delinquent taxes.
Such action is brought against the real property only and no personal judgment shall be entered in it. However, if pursuant to the action, the property is sold for an amount that is less than the amount of delinquent taxes, assessments, charges, penalties and interest against it, the Court, in a separate order, may enter a deficiency judgment again the owner of record of a parcel for the amount of the difference; if that owner of record is a corporation, the Court may enter the deficiency judgment against the stockholder holding a majority of the corporation’s stock.
The above-named parties are required to answer on or before twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication. Such answer must be filed with the Clerk of Courts, and a copy must be served on the Prosecuting Attorney.

City of Chardon
The City of Chardon Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing to consider the applications described below on Monday, May 18, 2015, at 6:30 P.M. in Council Chambers at the Municipal Center, 111 Water St, Chardon OH 44024. The meeting is subject to adjournment or recess to a later date without another Notice of Public Hearing (ORC 3115.05(c)).

PC Case #15-011:  Applicant – Adrian Design Group (on behalf of owners Capital Senior Development) is requesting Concept Plan approval for a Major Development under Section 1111 of the City of Chardon Codified Ordinances. ROAD MATERIALS
The Huntsburg Township Board of Trustees will receive sealed proposals until 3:00 p.m. on May 19, 2015, proposals will be opened and read aloud for the following road materials at 8:00 p.m. during the township meeting on May 19, 2015. Road materials included are #57, #304, #411, #617 Limestone, #57 Steel and Light Slag and #4 Steel and Light Slag, washed #8 limestone, cinders and salt. Materials are to be delivered on an as needed basis to our designated yard.
All bids are to be marked “Road Materials Bid” and sent to Huntsburg Township, P.O. Box 280, Huntsburg, OH 44046. 2015 DUST CONTROL BID
The Huntsburg Township Board of Trustees will receive sealed proposals until 3:00 p.m. on May 19, 2015, proposals will be opened and read aloud at 8:15 p.m. during the Trustees’ meeting on Tuesday, May 19, 2015 for the Spraying of MC70 and the spreading of washed # 8 limestone on Township Roads in Huntsburg Township,during the 2015 construction season.
Bid proposals may be obtained by calling the Huntsburg Township Fiscal Officer at 440-636-5486 or mailing to P.O. Box 280, Huntsburg, Ohio 44046. All bid proposals shall be submitted on forms provided by the Board of Trustees.
A bid bond or certified check, cashier’s check, or money order, on a solvent bank or savings and loan association, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount, and liability insurance for injury to persons and/or damage to property in an amount not less than $1,000,000.00 and property damage liability insurance in an amount not less than $500,000.00, shall accompany each bid. The bid shall be let on a unit price basis.
The Huntsburg Township Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received, and to accept any bid or bids which are deemed most favorable to the Board at the time and under conditions stipulated, all in accord with the applicable provisions of the laws of the State of Ohio governing the conduct of the Board of Trustees.
