Pursuant to Section 307.37 of the Ohio Revised Code, the Geauga County Board of Commissioners will hold two Public Hearings; June 16, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., and June 23, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioners’ Offices, 12611 Ravenwood Dr., Room B303, Chardon, Ohio 44024 pertaining to updating the Permit Fee Schedule. The proposed amendment is available for public inspection during regular office hours, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, at the Geauga County Board of Commissioners’ Office, 12611 Ravenwood Drive, Chardon, Ohio 44024

The meeting will be held in the Russell Township Historic Town Hall (corner of S.R. 306 & 87), Russell Township, Geauga County, OH. The Budget Hearing will be immediately followed by the RTCPD’s June Regular meeting.

Residents of the City of Chardon shall take note that a public hearing shall be conducted by the Council of the City of Chardon in Council Chambers of the Chardon Municipal Center, 111 Water Street, Chardon, Ohio at 6:15 P.M. upon the 9th day of July, 2026.
Said hearing is to provide the public an opportunity to comment regarding the City of Chardon’s proposed budget for fiscal year 2027. A copy of the proposed budget is on file and available for public inspection in the office of the Finance Director of said City, weekdays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
