Telecom Properties, LLC is proposing to construct a new lattice style telecommunications tower at 12647 Caves Rd., Chesterland, Geauga County, OH, 44026, N 41° 31’ 31.3”, W 81° 21’ 35.7”. The height of the tower will be 134.1-meters above ground level (440-feet above ground level) and 136.9-meters above ground level including appurtenances (449-feet above ground level with appurtenances). He asks that this be granted for the lot located at: 16218 Georgette Drive in Burton Township, Ohio, Parcel #04-111700.
