To: the Unknown Administrator, Executor or Fiduciary, Unknown Heirs, Next of Kin, Unknown Spouses, Devisees, Legatees, Creditors, and Beneficiaries of Greg Malenda, Deceased, you will take notice that on May 28, 2026, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for foreclosure in the Geauga County Court of Common Pleas, 100 Short Court, Suite 300, Chardon, OH 44024, being Case No. 26-F-000368, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $207,697.65, plus interest at 3.500% per annum from October 01, 2025, plus late charges and fees applicable to the terms of a Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 8902 Taylor May Road, Chagrin Falls, OH 44023, being permanent Parcel Number: 02-308350.
Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.
Plaintiff prays that the Defendant named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.
Said Defendant is required to file an Answer on or before the twenty-eighth day following the last date of Publication.

The Geauga-Trumbull Solid Waste District will be accepting sealed bids until Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 1:00 PM at 5138 Enterprise Blvd., Warren, OH 44481 and opened and read for:

PROCESSING, RECYCLING OR LAWFULLY DISPOSING OF ELECTRONICS
COLLECTED AT GEAUGA-TRUMBULL SWMD FACILITIES LOCATED IN
TRUMBULL AND GEAUGA COUNTIES, OHIO.
A copy of the specifications along with invitation pages may be obtained at the Solid Waste District office at 5138 Enterprise Blvd, Warren, OH 44481 or on the District website at www.startrecycling.com
FAILURE TO OBTAIN BID FROM THE DISTRICT MAY RESULT IN BID REJECTION DUE TO NON-COMPLIANCE WITH REQUIREMENTS OF THE BID RESPONSE FORMAT AND OFFICIAL ADDENDUM NOTIFICATION/S.
Bids from corporations not charted in Ohio MUST be accompanied by proper certifications that such corporation is authorized to do business in Ohio.
Attention to the submitting party is directed to the requirements that each bid must be accompanied by a non-collusion affidavit, properly executed by the submitting party. Further, the submitting party will be required to execute an affidavit required by Sec. 5719.042 of the Ohio Revised Code. No payment shall be made on any contract for which no such affidavit has been submitted.
The Geauga-Trumbull Solid Waste District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. In addition, the District Board of Directors reserves the right to participate in the state contracts which the Department of Administrative Services, Office of State Purchasing has entered into for the purchase of supplies, equipment and certain materials pursuant to ORC Section 125.04. No bids may be withdrawn for at least sixty (60) days after the opening thereof.
Each submitting party must ensure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, sex, color, or national origin.
