Notice is hereby given that sealed bids marked as “BERKSHIRE LOCAL SCHOOLS BOARD OFFICE ACCESSIBILITY UPGRADES” will be received during normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday thru Friday until 2:45 p.m., Wednesday, August 15, 2018, in the Geauga County Board of Commissioners Office at 470 Center Street, Building #4, Chardon, Ohio 44024, or by mail at the same address. Bids received shall be publicly opened and read aloud the same day at said office at 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 15, 2018.

The specifications will be available for inspection at the Department of Community & Economic Development, 470 Center Street, Building #8-A, Chardon, Ohio, during normal business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday from Thursday, July 19, 2018, UNTIL 2:45 p.m., Wednesday, August 15, 2018. All Bid, Performance and Maintenance Bonds shall be accompanied by proof of authority of the official or agent signing the bond. Attention of bidders is called to all of the requirements of this bid packet, particularly to the Federal Labor Standards Provisions and Davis-Bacon Wages and various insurance requirements.
