Eco-Site, Inc. is proposing to install a monopole at 8241 Dines Road, Novelty, OH (41-28-34.7N, 81-20-55.4W). The height of the tower will be 60.7 meters above ground level (371.2 meters above mean sea level). The tower is anticipated to have no lights. NOTICE OF CONSENT JUDGMENT ENTRY
Please be advised that the Township of Claridon, located in Geauga County, Ohio by and through the Claridon Township Board of Trustees intends to enter into a settlement by means of a consent judgment entry in the case captioned Thomas Cole, et al. v. Claridon Township Board of Trustees, et al., Geauga County Ohio Court of Common Pleas Case Number 16-A-000471. This settlement affects the real property commonly known as 11882 Aquilla Road, Claridon Township, Ohio more fully described as permanent parcel number 13-015500 and more accurately described in the Geauga County Record of Deeds Volume 1984, Page No. 801 consisting of 3.51 acres of property. The proposed settlement would allow for the property owners to reside in the current dwelling while a new single family dwelling is constructed, thereafter removing the first existing dwelling. Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Geauga County Board of Commissioners, 470 Center Street, Bldg. #4, Chardon, Ohio, 44024, or by mail at the same address until 1:45 p.m., local time November 2, 2016, and will be promptly opened at 2:00 p.m. for the Elderly Nutrition Program Preparation and Delivery of Catered Meals, according to federal guidelines, for the Geauga County Department on Aging.
Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check, cashier’s check or money order on a solvent bank or savings and loan association, payable to the Geauga County Board of Commissioners, in an amount equal to five (5%) percent of the bid and shall be held as a guarantee that in the event the bid is accepted and a contract awarded to the Bidder, the contract will be duly executed in conformity with the invitation and the bid.
Envelopes containing the bid and other required documents should be sealed and clearly marked “Elderly Nutrition Program Bid for the Preparation and Delivery of  Catered Meals for the Geauga County Department on Aging.”, Attention: Clerk, Geauga County Board of County Commissioners, 470 Center Street, Building #4, Chardon, OH  44024.
The successful bidder is required to enter into a contract assuring the faithful performance of all things to be done and furnish a performance bond in a sum of not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price for the complete work, said bond to be that of an approved surety company authorized to transact business in the State of Ohio meeting the requirements of O.R.C. Section 153.519.
Specifications may be obtained at the Office of the Geauga Department on Aging, 12555 Ravenwood Drive, Chardon, OH 44024, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The Geauga County Board of Commissioners and Geauga County Department on Aging reserve the right to reject any and all bids or any part thereof and to waive any formalities and/or irregularities in the bids.

NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Bainbridge Township
Sealed bids for labor, materials and services for the Bainbridge Township Service Department crack sealing of various roads in Bainbridge Township will be received by the Township Fiscal Officer, at 17826 Chillicothe Road, Bainbridge Township, Ohio 44023, until 10:00 o’clock a.m. local time on Thursday, September 29th, 2016, and will be publicly opened, read and tabulated, immediately thereafter at 10:05 a.m., at the Bainbridge Town Hall.
No bids will be considered unless made on the bid form drafted by the Road Superintendent, available at the Fiscal Office and online in accordance with the Contract Documents.
Bids must contain the name of every person interested therein and shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier’s check or letter of credit in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the highest of any base bid plus all additive alternates submitted by the bidder drawn in favor of the Bainbridge Township Trustees or a bid bond of one hundred percent (100%) of the highest of any base bid plus all additive alternates submitted by the bidder as set forth in the Ohio Revised Code. The Fiscal Officer will retain the bid guarantee of the lowest two (2) bidders until a contract is entered into, and secured by a performance bond of 100% of the amount of the contract, with a surety for the faithful performance of the work.
No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the opening of bids. Successful bidders shall conform to the “Schedule of Prevailing Wages” for Geauga County.
The Owner reserves the right to accept any part or all of any bid and to reject any and all parts of any and all bids.
