Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as a defendant in the above-named Court by filing its Complaint on the 20th day of April, 2018, Case No. 18-F-000311 in the Court of Common Pleas of Geauga County, 100 Short Court, Chardon, OH 44024.
The object of the complaint is to foreclose the equity of redemption under a mortgage against the property located at 10171 Sawmill Drive, Chardon, Ohio 44024, PPN: 15-101704.
