Resolution 15-04
A Resolution Authorizing the Village Administrator to Enter into an Agreement with Victoria Nagy & Associates L.P.A., to Provide Legal Services in Matters Relating to the Collection of Municipal Income Taxes for the Village of Middlefield, and Declaring an Emergency.

Ordinance 14-144
An Ordinance Amending Existing Section 911.21 of the Codified Ordinances to Provide for the Regulations of Booster Pumps as Required by the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
APPEAL FOR VARIANCE TO
HAMBDEN TOWNSHIP
ZONING RESOLUTION
Notice is hereby given that the Hambden Township Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a public hearing on an application, identified as number BZA-2015-2, on an appeal for a variance to the Hambden Township Zoning Resolution on the 26th day of February, 2015 at 6:30 o’clock p.m. at the Hambden Town Hall, 13887 G.A.R. Hwy., Chardon, Ohio.

Case BZA-2015-2: Willoughby Hills Development & Distribution is requesting a variance to apply a product sign to the existing fascia on the service island station canopy. Under Article VII of the Zoning Resolution, no provisions are given to allow for signage on the fascia of a service island station canopy. Therefore, the signage is prohibited. The lot affected is located at 13940 GAR Highway, Chardon, Ohio.
Persons affected may appear at said hearing and may speak for or against the proposal either in person or by attorney.
