Alfred DiBiase

Freddie married the love of his life, Connie Fontanelle, on July 3, 1999, at Morley Music Hall at Lake Erie College in Painesville. Together they built a loving home and shared many wonderful years filled with laughter, friendship and cherished memories.
Freddie retired in 2024 after many years of dedicated work as a foreman for New Fab in Mentor, Ohio. He was known for his strong work ethic.
Freddie truly enjoyed life and the simple pleasures that brought people together. He loved trying his luck playing the slot machines at the casino, especially during frequent trips to MGM with Connie.
He also enjoyed playing cards, tossing cornhole with family and friends, and cheering on his beloved Pittsburgh Steelers — despite Connie’s best efforts to convert him to the Cleveland Browns.
Above all, Freddie treasured the time he spent with his family. He will be remembered for his sense of humor and the love he shared with those closest to him.
Freddie is survived by his loving wife, Connie DiBiase, of Painesville; son, Bruce Miller, of Madison, Ohio; daughters, Paula (Greg) Davis, of Las Vegas, Nev., and Danielle Rockwell; sister, Carmella (Macky) DiBiase, of Wickliffe, Ohio; grandchildren, Nikita (Zach) Ryan and Kyle (Every) Ryan; great-grandchildren, Raelynn and Ryker Rickett and Ryley Ryan; nephews, John, Kevin and Lou Goff; niece, Jerri (Bill) Cowger.
He also leaves behind his cherished dog, Gizzey, who misses him terribly; as well as many cousins and dear friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Alfred and Jean DiBiase; and sister, Nadine Buckland.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are entrusted to The Original Burr Funeral Home and Cremation Service. Online condolences and memories may be shared at www.burrservice.com.
