Barbara A. Kaminski
Barbara A. (nee Herakovic) Kaminski, 79 of Middlefield, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, Nov. 29, 2025, at Medina Hospice House.
She was born Sept. 2, 1946, in Cleveland, Ohio, to the late Michael and Betty (nee Soeder) Herakovic.
She graduated from Grand Valley High School, where she met Jack Kaminski, the love of her life and married him on Dec. 24, 1967.
Barbara was a member of St. Lucy Catholic Church.
Barb enjoyed working in her flower beds, mowing the lawn, spending time with Jack sitting under the front tree. She also enjoyed spending time at breakfast with her friends at Cinda’s restaurant, but most of all spending time with her children and grandchildren.
She will be sadly missed by her children, Angel Chudzik, of Orwell, Ohio, Jack (Shelby) Kaminski, of Windsor, Ohio; grandchildren Lucas Varner, Alex Chudzik, Eve, Ivy, Jessman, Nora Jean, Jett, Zebulon Kaminski; a brother, Mike Herakovic, of Middlefield; her sister-in-law, Joanne Hopes, of Orwell; and several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Dennis Kaminski; granddaughter Teddie Lynn Chudzik; and son-in-law, Theodore J. Chudzik.
A celebration of her life with a gathering of family and friends will be held Saturday, Dec. 6, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., at St. Lucy Catholic Church, 16280 Kinsman Road, Middlefield.
Sly Family Funeral Home assisted her family with arrangements.
