Eleanor Mandau
Eleanor Mandau (nee Gleske), age 97, of Russell Township, passed away Oct. 11, 2024, after a short illness.
Eleanor was the beloved wife of the late Leslie Mandau. Devoted mother of Linda, Robert (Madelaine), and Richard (fiancé Carol). Loving grandmother of seven, great-grandmother of 16. Dear sister of Gus Gleske and Lillian Kochis and sister-in-law of Harry Hackett and Gerry Mandau.
Formerly an employee at Great Lakes Cheese.
Eleanor volunteered many years at the Orange Kiwanis Garage Sale.
Visitation will be held at Gattozzi and Son Funeral Home, 12524 Chillicothe Road, Chester Township, on Thursday, Oct. 17, 2024, from 4-8 p.m.
Funeral service will be held at Valley Lutheran Church, 87 East Orange St., Chagrin Falls, on Friday, Oct. 18, 2024, at 11 a.m., with visitation one hour before the service at the church.
Interment at Riverview Cemetery in Russell Township.
In lieu of flowers, donate to Valley Lutheran Church.
